He found that sharing his poetry with a group of fellow creative writers and artists provided a safe place to overcome social anxiety and gain confidence in his own creative voice. The process of writing and sharing the results has aided him in recovering a sound mind and social normalcy. This book is the first published collection of many of the poems he has shared over time.
